Giving our all in the workplace while honoring personal and family time runs in our blood. From our annual Texas Rangers Ballpark tailgating tradition, to our dog-friendly office and calendar of team-appreciation celebrations, we don’t just endorse work-life balance around here. We live it.

Supporting individual and team development is an investment we make on a daily basis through the HCK2 University continuing education program. We offer each employee financial compensation each year for conferences, college programs, webinars and more. After class is dismissed, our newly empowered students serve as professors at HCK2 U, leading a breakout session to share their new insights and wisdom. The seeds are continually sown… watch us bloom!

Giving back to the community that gives so much to us and our clients isn’t just a pleasure; it’s a privilege. Each year, the HCK2 team proudly participates in Freedom Day, an event dedicated to honoring the lives lost and changed by 9-11. From painting a neglected middle school, to making lunches for less-fortunate students, helping the Dallas VA Hospital organize and store its inventory of supplies and equipment and more, we happily donate our time and energy in an effort to pay it forward.
