PUBLIC RELATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY
In late 2013, Two Trucks, the parent company of several food trucks in the Dallas area, partnered with HCK2 to surpass its competitors in social media by reaching untapped audiences, as well as establishing a social presence for the debut of its newest food truck. The HCK2 team conducted a social media audit of Two Trucks to establish its current standing in the social sphere relative to top competitors, as well as how to get ahead, and stay ahead, of them in the social space.
HCK2 provided creative campaign ideas to engage Two Trucks’ social audience, advertising recommendations within the social platforms to increase reach, as well as a social strategy and plan to align its online efforts with their overall business objectives and goals. HCK2 also recommended and assisted in the hiring of a full-time social media manager for Two Trucks to be an internal social media advocate within the company. This manager partnered with HCK2 fulltime on social strategy and execution.
During an eight-month partnership, Two Trucks’ overall online presence increased by 45.6%. In addition, HCK2 assisted driving the launch of its newest truck, as well as the establishment of that truck’s online presence. Two Trucks also surpassed key competitors within its social sphere and continued to engage audiences daily.
