Britney Spears still wears her "Rogers Healy is My Realtor" tee—and in our book, anyone that can convince Britney to wear clothing is a top-notch salesperson. Outspoken and social-media-savvy, Rogers was seeking anything but a typical real estate Web site.

To encompass his love of social media, Rogers wanted not only himself but his associates to be accessible while speaking with a voice of insight and leadership. HCK2 put Rogers' fully customized blog front and center, as well as incorporated recent blog entries into robust associate bio pages. On the back end, a completely customized customer relationship management (CRM) system was built to provide lead tracking for all associates and reminders that keep associates in touch with their clients.

To address his demand for immediacy, the Drupal-based site is fully integrated with the MLS. For a small trade in performance, new and edited listings on the MLS are immediately available on RogersHealy.com. The firm's own listings receive special treatment and customized "flagging." The attractive interface is all powered by an extremely simple CMS that requires only minimal maintenance and data entry from each associate.
