For the “big reveal” of the of new Farmers Branch identity and Web site, HCK2 created and implemented a unique direct-mail series distributed to all residents and local business leaders.

To unveil the new city logo and branding, HCK2 created an oversized postcard offering the community a magnet featuring the mark with a list of important city and program phone numbers.

To help introduce the revamped Web site, HCK2 designed a direct-mail piece that arrived in the shape of a miniature laptop. The printed card highlighted the simplified navigation structure and new site features, including a dynamic news and calendar section, greatly reduced load time, improved search features, a more user-friendly interface and increased accessibility for disabled users.
