During the housing crisis of early 2008, Centex set its sights on securing top new talent. The company increased campus recruitment activity and requested that HCK2 design a set of materials to support their efforts.

Playing off Centex's recently refreshed internal brand identity, HCK2 created the "Building a Better You" campaign, consisting of presentations, booth graphics and leave-behind collateral for display in major presentations at some of the largest colleges across the nation.

Incorporating Centex’s new core values in a format designed for the mindset of an increasingly media-savvy youth, the materials used impactful imagery and personal growth messages to communicate various employment and advancement opportunities within Centex.
