To further establish CCCS Dallas as a media-accessible financial expert, HCK2 created and distributed an e-mail marketing campaign recruiting spokespersons from the most credible available demographic—CCCS clients.
The CCCS Ambassador campaign was distributed to select current and former clients in the form of a letter explaining the program and offering the chance to participate, whether in local media or in CCCS events and promotional collateral. The e-mail directed clients to sample stories from The Dallas Morning News and the local Fox affiliate featuring CCCS Dallas, and explained how sharing their personal story could be beneficial to CCCS and inspirational to other individuals in debt.
Interested clients could then click through to a registration form that submitted their participation preferences and information to CCCS for consideration.
