HCK2’s most important endeavor over the past decade with ANS has been supporting its efforts to communicate with its number one audience—employees.

Through an integrated approach to internal communications, HCK2 and ANS worked hand-in-hand to develop corporate key messaging and core values that transcended the fiefdoms and silos that can form in a large organization with independently functioning departments.

These messages were communicated through various mediums. Credo cards, a newsletter and screensavers brought messaging directly to employee desktops while colorful indoor signage featuring employee photography and patient success stories decorated office and common areas. The themes were carried through to presentation materials and an uplifting corporate video displayed at the annual company gathering.
